Dave opened the doors of Oceanside way back in 1999 with the idea that customers need a better customer service experience. Our philosophy of the right repair done at the right time for a fair price is a practice we keep to this very day. Dave lives this mission each fully and shows his dedication to customer service excellence in everything he does.

Sam specializes in bringing order to a somewhat chaotic environment. He has the special ability to recognize and control so many variables all while assisting technicians and service writers. His ability to solve problems on the fly and provide solutions to others is an absolute treasure.

Dedication to Education

Josh is an excellent example of how education directly impacts his role. While at Oceanside, he has earned his ASE Master Technician certification - an amazing accomplishment. He has also received specialized Hybrid and Electric vehicle training allowing Oceanside to become one of the only Hybrid/EV specialists on the CT shoreline.

Eva keeps track of so many moving parts and shifting priorities. Her ability to hunt down information, process it, and then communicate it is remarkable. Not only does she balance between customers and technicians, she does it with a positive attitude and exacting accuracy.

Kevin is one proactive person. He meets customers at the door and gives them all the info they need for a smooth Emissions transaction. He also supports our technicians by anticipating their needs and bringing solutions to the table. Always willing to learn and lend a hand, Kevin is a phenomenal asset to the team at Oceanside.

He is always willing to lend a hand to whatever task we put in front of him and he has the knowledge and experience to get it done safely and quickly.
